Bond Representation
We provide legal representation for individuals detained by immigration authorities, advocating for their release on bond while their immigration case is pending in court. We will prepare and present your case before the immigration judge, highlighting factors that demonstrate your eligibility for bond, such as strong community ties, lack of criminal history, and likelihood of appearing for future hearings.
Asylum
Asylum is a form of protection for individuals who have been forced to flee their home country due to persecution or a well-founded fear of persecution. This persecution must be related to the person’s race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or membership in a particular social group, and the person’s government must be unable or unwilling to protect them from this harm.
Cancellation of Removal for non-legal permanent residents
Cancellation of Removal is a form of relief granted by the Immigration Court. It allows individuals who have lived in the United States for at least ten years, demonstrated good moral character, and have a qualifying family member (parent, spouse, or child) who is a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident to obtain lawful permanent residency. Crucially, the applicant must also prove that their removal from the U.S. would cause exceptional and extremely unusual hardship to their qualifying relative.
Waivers
In certain situations, a person seeking relief from deportation may be required to obtain a waiver for a past criminal offense or immigration violation that would otherwise disqualify them. These waivers are often granted on a case-by-case basis, considering factors such as the severity of the offense, the time that has passed since the offense, and the individual’s rehabilitation efforts.
U-Visa/T
Victims of specific crimes committed in the U.S. may be eligible for immigration relief. These crimes include domestic violence, sex trafficking, felonious assault, kidnapping, prostitution, rape, sexual assault, extortion, and others. The available forms of relief, such as the U visa and VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) self-petition, are designed to protect and support victims while also encouraging their cooperation with law enforcement.
Cancellation of Removal for legal permanent residents
Cancellation of Removal for Certain Lawful Permanent Residents (LPRs) is a form of relief available to individuals who hold a green card but are facing deportation due to a criminal conviction. To qualify, applicants must meet specific requirements, including demonstrating at least five years of lawful permanent residency, seven years of continuous residence in the U.S. after being admitted, and good moral character. They must also not have been convicted of certain disqualifying offenses, such as aggravated felonies.
Appeals
We provide representation for individuals seeking to appeal unfavorable decisions made in Immigration Court or by immigration offices. Our team of experienced attorneys will carefully review your case, identify potential grounds for appeal, and guide you through the appeals process. We will diligently prepare and submit your appeal, advocating for a favorable outcome and ensuring that your rights are protected.
Motions to Reopen
We offer assistance in filing motions to reopen for individuals who have a final order of removal but have since become eligible for immigration relief. Our team of attorneys will analyze your case, assess your eligibility, and prepare a comprehensive motion to reopen your case. We will present compelling evidence and legal arguments to support your request, advocating for the opportunity to pursue the relief you now qualify for.
Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS)
It is a form of immigration relief available to children who have been abused, abandoned, or neglected by one or both parents and cannot safely return to their home country. This status allows the child to apply for lawful permanent residency in the United States and provides a pathway to citizenship. To qualify, the child must meet specific requirements, including obtaining a state court order declaring them dependent on the court and finding that it is not in their best interest to return to their home country.
Motions to Terminate
We offer representation in filing motions to terminate for individuals in removal proceedings where the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) lacks the legal authority to initiate or continue the case. This type of motion challenges the fundamental basis for the removal proceedings, arguing that the case should be dismissed due to the absence of valid grounds for deportation.
Family Petitions
We assist U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents in filing family-based petitions for their eligible relatives to obtain lawful permanent residency in the United States. We guide clients through the entire process, from preparing and filing the necessary forms to gathering supporting documentation and representing them throughout the application process.
Deferred Action of Childhood Arrivals (DACA)
DACA is deferred removal that allows a person to obtain an employment authorization document, social security number, and license, and it is available to persons who meet the following requirements: were under the age of 31 as of June 15, 2012; came to the United States before turning 16 years old; have resided in the United States since June 15, 2007; were physically present in the United States on June 15, 2012; and are currently in school, or have graduated from high school or obtained a general education development (GED) certificate, or are an honorable discharge veteran of the Coast Guard or Armed Forces of the United States; and have not been convicted of a felony or significant misdemeanors, and do not pose a threat to national security or public safety.

We also assist children born abroad to U.S. citizen parents who may be eligible for citizenship through acquisition or derivation. Our services include preparing and filing the necessary applications, gathering supporting documentation, and representing clients throughout the naturalization process.
